| Only one of the tubes needs to be addressed (broken top where the wire connects). There is a number stamped on the bottom right of the chassis E 12348. |
| As is obvious in the picture the outside of this radio needs a bit of attention (I have about a month before I begin my masters). The screen had a run in with my parents cat many years ago. The dents and scratches are from moving throughout the years. My father bought this radio in New York at least 20 years ago and it has followed him ever since, the last ten of which have been spent sitting tucked away in a basement. |
| Did these radios typically have four pieces of veneer or just one single piece on the top? I intend to replace the veneer with a single sheet unless it was originally constucted with four pieces of veneer, in which case I will modify the single sheet to reflect four sections.. |
