Hello, my name is Travis. I have been married for just over 2 years to the most wonderful women ever! I got my 1st snake when I was 13-she was a beautiful Okeetee Corn. After a few years I had bought a few more snakes-a grey rat snake, an amelanistic corn, and an adult anerythristic corn. I kept these for about 6 months or so then traded them off for a bearded dragon. I was still pretty young then and didn't know how to care for bearded dragons...that one perished. After that one died I decided it was back to the corn snakes again, so I bought a creamsicle and a amelanistic snake. After having these for a while I started seeing more info on bearded dragon care coming out. So some friends and I got beardie's and within a year and a 1/2 we were breeding. The 1st clutch came out great-100% hatch ratio and live ratio!! The next time though we lost all the eggs. By then I was almost 19 and getting burned out on reptiles. So I got rid of everything I had. About 3 months after my wife and I started dating in 2001 I bought another ball python. He was a little guy then and came to be my tamest snake. Currently I have the 5 snakes that you will see on this small website-0.1 ball python, 0.1 ghost corn, 0.1 snow corn & 1.1 albino okeetee corns. This is probably what I'll end up keeping for a long time to come-space is pretty limitied in a 1 bedroom apartment! |
