Welcome to my *extremely* humble gallery of b&w/colored sketches for my very-un-well know story, The Legend of Morelle. Every chapter I've completed so far is up for reading in my "My Works" section, but since I have the feeling no one looked there, here's a brief summary of the plot...*ahem*: an average teenage girl named Nikka Starling lives in the oldest house in her neighborhood, which she despises w/ the exception of the channels of hidden passageways she finds behind its walls. One night she hears strange noises emanating from her attic, and after going up to investigate she finds hidden writing beneath the wallpaper warning against the neckalce she then finds in a secret trapdoor. This necklace is known as the Eye of the Blind, and after some strange occurances it emits a blinding red light that sweeps Nikka away into a medieval parallel universe named Cauchemar, where she is labeled as the legendary "Romanichel" and given the burden of finding the other three pendants like her own. But the clear problems are how she will get home, how to escape the diabolical Shita, and how to convince everyone that a typical teenager doesnt stand a chance against such terrors?? LoL, sounds boring, but please go read it anyway!! Or at least check out this art!!

Nikka! Here she is...the heroine herself!! The glowing necklace in her hand is the Eye of the Blind, and the thing she's holding is the Neko Mask, a mask that when you wear it gives you the ability to travel through shadows. Umm, it sounded cool when I thought of it...-_-;

Kandy! A colored pic of Nikka's best friend, Kandy Horton. Yea, the bg's kinda cheesy, but you get the main idea...^^; (I kinda like her hair...long hair is so fun to draw!! ^-^)

Lydia! A colored pic of one of Nikka's other buds, Lydia Hurley, standing in the rain. Actually, I like this pic alot. ^-^ It didn't take me *too* long to draw, and I really like the way it turned out! For the time being, at least.......

Shita...o_O; A pic from my sketchbook of the prophetess Shita, who for some reason refuses to believe Nikka's place as the "Romanichel," or chosen one, and sneaks around to try and kill her. I like this pic too...with the exception of that bizarre bird atop her chair...-_-;; (btw, wtf IS that???!)

Amari ^_____^ Here's a pic of Amari, the general of the guards in Cauchemar. He's HOTT!! LoL, or at least he's supposed to be. (he reminds me alot of Tamahome from Fushigi Yugi..^^) This is an alright pic, his face is a little weird tho. The other ones are better. ^^

Amari again!! I like this pic alot!! Its Amari, of course, but this time he's dressed in armor!! ^-^ (btw, as if u couldnt tell, Ally doesnt draw armor....)

Amari once more!! One last pic of Amari (for the time being...hehehehe) in his competion uniform. The game he plays, Hermes war, is kinda complicated, so I won't explain it now. But his expressions cool in this one...^__^

Nikka Again Here's another pic of Nikka, now showing all the territories and compass directions in the parallel universe. Each direction is represented by an animal that depicts characteristics of that country (eg,Marais is represented by a fish -- theyre quick and trained at ambushes and can fight well in water, but fighting on land is not their best attribute). And every direction has a separate necklace. Where do I think this up??

Nikka and Kandy A sort of Fushigi Yugi-esque pic of Nikka and Kandy w/ conflicting bg. Later in the story Kandy will find one of the other necklaces Nikka was searching for, the Lips of the Mute, and get captured by Fossoyeur, Cauchemar's enemy. Hence this pic. ^^; (i kind of like this one, btw...@_@)

Kiki!! LoL, even tho i have yet to actually put this girl in my story, i know i'm going to have such a good time w/ her. ^^ It's 8 year old Kiki, Nemasu's niece, whose an absolute angel when her uncle is watching but a total b*tch around nikka. She has a magical basket which seems empty to the naked eye, but is actually filled w/ weapons and other such taboo items. Kiki sells these all illegally in the black market. ^-^ LoL, i luv this girl!! ^-^

Nikka and Kandy Aww, this pic is too cute. It's a 'photo' of the 2 best friends, and i actually am quite fond of this pic. ^-^ if i can find the time and/or interest, i'm probably going to CG this. ^-^

 Chibi Nikka and Tama why i bothered posting this, i'll never know. Xp i guess i just hasnt popsted any LOM sketches in a while and this is the 1st one i found!! its knida random -- an SD pic of tama and nikka that was actually the bottom corner of a page dedicated to character sketches of amari. i guess i thought it was cute, so i put it here. x_x;;;

Happy New Year!! ^^ *fweeeeee!!!* LoL! i luv the atmosphere of new years, it always strikes me as so much fun, so this year while watching dick clark for like the 20th year in a row (LoL), i thought it would be cool to draw a crossover piccy of a bunch of my characters @ a new years party! (which i didnt get to go to b/c i got home from my aunt's in NYC too late...sorry rachie!! T_T) if u can't tell, in the foreground are allie and vincent, and behind them are kyra and sephy w/ the 1st kiss of the new year (*^-^*), and in the bg are amari and nikka dancing. ^^
