The ultimate war by Herofox Last time- Tails and Flash are now an item! But more seriously: Knuckles and Evil Knuckles are still fighting in the special zone. They are in their solar forms and are badly damaged. Solar Knux: No matter how long it takes, I'll beat you! E.S. Knux: Over my dead body! Solar Knux: That can be arranged! (They jump at each other and starts boxing again.) (In the anti-Mobians base, their leader watches the fight.) ?????: Ahh. I see. Evil-Knuckles has been wading in a pool of misery ever since I totally humiliated him in our last fight. And he's training to defeat me. Heh. So while one echidna is driven by bitter vengeance, the other is motivated by love and trust. Why it's physically AND emotionally a battle of good verses evil! (In another part of the base.) Anti-Rotor: There it's finished sir. Evil-Sonic: It's about time! (After a moment.) What is it anyway? Anti-Rotor: It's a gadget that absorbs the minerals from dead bodies and transfers them directly into you. Evil-Sonic: Cool. So how much material can I absorb? Anti-Rotor: Depends how strong you want to get. Evil-Sonic: Now this gadget I like. Evil-Antoine: Do you wish that I should start an attack now boss? Evil-Sonic: Yes and I think I'll come for the ride. I would like to have first hand use of Rotors new machine. (Meanwhile...back to the two warring ones...) E.S-Knux: Out of breath already? Solar Knux: I've just begun to fight. You fail to realise that anything you can do, I can do better. SOLAR THUNDER KNUCKLE!!! (Launches a barrage of lightning bolts out of his fists.) E.S. Knux: You think that scares me. SOLAR THUNDER KNUCKLE!!! (Launches another bolt of lightning that cancels out the good Knux attack.) (They then continue punching and blocking.) (The Chaotix have arrived near the portal to the special zone.) Julie-su: I just hope Knuckles is okay. Mighty: If he's around chaos emeralds I'm sure he's fine. Ray: There's something about this place that gives me the creeps. (Inside the portal thunder bangs and lightning flashes.) Espio: I'd say Knuckles and that two bit knock off are really tearing it up. (Just then Evil Solar Knuckles punches his counterpart and knocks him flying out threw the portal over Chaotix.) Julie-su: Knuckles! Solar Knux: Run! I'm the only one who can stop him! Ray: We can't just abandon you! You're our leader! E.S. Knux: You should listen to him flyboy! (On the ARK.) Snivly: Doomsday capsule ready Dr Robotnik. Robotnik: Finally! Metal Sonic: you know what to do. Metal: Yes master. (He steps into the capsule.) Robotnik: ACTIVATE! (Snivly pulls a leaver and electricity covers Metal Sonic. Then a hole opens up in the bottom of the ship and another metal Sonic hovers out.) THE DOOMSDAY 2 POD WORKS PERFECTLY!!! NOW GO! AND MAKE AN ENTIRE ARMY OF SUPER SPECIAL SONIC LIKE DESTROYER ROBOTS!!! (Gasps for breath.) Phew! The more complicated my schemes get, the harder they are to shout about in one breath. Snivly: Shall I prepare your final plan doctor? Robotnik: Oh yes! (Back to the Anti-Mobians base.) Anti-Sally: I think it's time for a little full power attack friends. Anti-Antoine: I agree. Let's show them what TRUE warriors are made of! Anti-Bunnie: So it's all of us attack at once? Anti-Sally: Yes. I'll ask the master if it's alright. (She goes to see the mysterious shadow who sends them on their missions.) ?????: An interesting proposal Sally. You may proceed. (Evil-Sonic is hiding in the Shadows.) Evil-Sonics thoughts: I think it's a cool idea too. With all that bloodshed, and Rotors new gimmick, I'll be unstoppable! (And so, the ultimate battle begins. Anti-Sally and the anti-Mobians attack Knothole city.) (On the Floating island, Remington sees the disturbance.) Remington: Knothole is under attack! Vector! Activate the member select program! Vector: Copy that! The Terra Senshi are on speed dial! (With that, Tails, Storm, Flash, Bubble, Saber and Hound board the plane.) Hound: This is gonna be fun! Saber: Would you take this seriously! We're fighting a war not going for a play date! Hound: Don't get mad at me! Just cause I know how to do my job AND have fun at the same time! Saber: We're not going there to have fun! It's time to grow up! (The group arrive at the battle zone.) Tails: Okay, full power attack now! FOX CLAW ROCKETS!!! (He shoots out his bombs blowing up a tank the bad guys are travelling in. The villains escape and charge at our heroes with beam sabres in hand.) (Tails then tosses his ring weapon to knock the sabres out of the baddies hands.) Storm: CRESENT MOON STAR!!! (He swings his claws to create a wave of energy that tears through Anti-Vector.) (Anti-Sally draws her sword and starts duelling with Tails.) Tails: Haven't had a fight like this in a while! Anti-Sally: In that case I'll make sure it's one to remember! (They clash their blades together.) Saber: BUZZ SWORD!!! (His Katana strikes down Anti-Mighty before returning to his hand.) Hound: Aww! I wanted that one! Bubble: This isn't about what you want to do! It's about what we have to do! Hound: You're such a wet blanket! SUPER CHARGE!!! (He becomes Hyper Hound.) Flash: What's he trying to prove? H. Hound: HOWLING STARBEAM!!! (He shoots a beam, Vaporizing Anti-Espio, who was about to duke it out with Flash. The beam creates a crater and Flash falls down into it.) Storm: HYPER FORM! (He become Silver Storm and blows a star beam at anti-Ray.) (Tails has broken his duel with Anti-Sally and has run over to the crater.) Tails: Flash! Are you alright? Flash: I think I twisted my ankle! (Just then Nack arrives with a giant sniper rifle.) Silver Storm: It's Nack! Nack: Here's a taste of what's in store for Tails! (He fires the rifle. It sends out a thin beam of energy that smashes Silver Storm in the side of a building.) Tails: Hound! Go get Flash! We'll cover you! H. Hound: No way! I'm not getting hit by that thing! Tails: That's an order Hound! H. Hound: Kiss my tail fearless leader! I'm not going! Tails (Grabs his chaos drive): Grrr. SUPER CHAOS POWER! (He flies down into the crater.) Nack: Now's my chance! (He shoots. He scores! His shot hits Hyper Tails in the tails and he rolls down to Flash.) Flash: Tails, what happened? H. Tails: Don't worry. I'll be fine. (He picks Flash up in his arms and flies out of the hole. He then gives Flash her Chaos drive.) Anti-Sally: They're all super charging! Retreat! (They all run off. The cities in pretty bad shape. Tails and Co power down.) Tails: We didn't exactly save the day this time did we? (An old owl man walks up to him.) Old man: Don't worry Tails. What matters is that you got here before those villains could do any more damage. Tails: Thank you sir. (Tails turns to his team.) Tails: We'll set up camp here. If the Anti-Mobians attack again, we'll be ready for them. Old man (Turns to Bubble): Young lady. I have an old tent in my garage. Could you come and help my carry it here? Bubble: Sure. (They go off.) (Tails grabs Hound by the scruff of his neck and holds him up to Tails eye level.) Tails: Let's get one thing straight Hound! I'M the leader of this group! So if I give an order I expect you to obey it! Hound: It's not my fault you where too chicken to go yourself! Tails: I wont ask you to do something unless I'm willing to do it myself! But I could have given better cover fire than you! And since you smaller than me, Nack might have had more trouble hitting you! (He drops Hound.) Next time, you'd better start thinking about what's at steak! Hound: "Tch!" Grouch! (Later, the group are sitting round a campfire. The old owl has brought them some coffee.) Saber: Thank you. Old man: Think nothing of it. (Suddenly, Nack shows up again.) Nack: Miss me Prower? Tails: That does it! (Tails and Nack jump into the air at each other. They land again.) Tails: Split up! (The others do that.) Nack: How noble. Now it's just you and me! Tails: That's just the way I like it! (They start to fight. When they back away from each other Nack pulls out his gun.) (From a distance, Hound watches.) Hound: Why should Tails get to have all the fun? HEY NACK! (As Nack turns around a rock hits him in the head.) Hit me if you can! Nack: With pleasure! (He shoots. Hound jumps out of the way but the bullet hits the Old man.) All Terra Senshi: NO!!! Nack: I'm going now! (He activates a jet pack and flies into the sky.) Nack: I'm sorry I had to involve the old man. (He flies away. Tails and friends run to the old mans side.) Bubble: Are you alright? Old man: No. He got me in the heart. Flash: Oh no... Storm: Please. Don't die on us! Old man (smiles weakly): Do not greave. I've lived a good life. And soon my soul will be at rest. When I meet your antsestors in the garden of heroes, I'm sure they'll be proud of you... (And with that final word, his old eyes shut. All the heroes feel like crying but Tails, storm and Saber somehow manage to hold back their tears.) Tails: If only I had the angel stone. If I hadn't left it with Mia, I could have saved him! Saber: You're not responsible for this Tails. You didn't know that the stone would once again be needed. Tails (turns to Hound): This is all your fault! Hound: What?! Tails: It's your fault that poor old mans dead! His blood in on your hands Hound! Flash: Tails, what are you saying? Tails: He's the one who through the rock at Nack and then left the old man to take the bullet! (Turns back to Hound) I cant believe Sonic made you part of his old team! He was either really desperate, or he's even stupider that I thought! Bubbles thoughts: This is really getting to Tails. He never says anything like that about Sonic. Hound: Tails, I'm sorry! But please understand! I'm fighting on your side! Tails: You're not fighting you're playing! This isn't just some game, twerp! Hound: Tails, we're Freedom Fighters! We shouldn't be fighting each other! Tails: You?! Ha! You're not a Freedom Fighter! You're a Freedom Failier! Storm: C'mon Tails, he said he was sorry! Tails: That won't bring the old man back! I'm gonna make sure this doesn't happen again! (Turns back to Hound.) I can never forgive what you did to that old man...As of now, you no longer a member of my team! Now go home! Hound (Tears in his eyes): Tails... Tails: You herd me! Get lost! With you around, we don't need Robotnik! (Hound runs away crying.) Storm: Hound! Wait! Tails: We don't need him! All he does is get in the way! Storm: Maybe, but ya didn't have to be no mean about it! Tails: Yes I did. It's the only way the little brat'll ever grow up. (Just then Evil Solar Knuckles crashes into the campfire.) Tails: You! (Tails supercharges just as Solar Knuckles and the Chaotix arrive.) Solar Knux: Be careful! He's a solar! (Evil Solar Knux shoots out a bolt of lightning that sends Turbo Tails flying across the campsite.) (Saber and Espio grab one of E.S. Knux arms and Ray and Mighty grab the other arm.) E.S. Knux: Unhand me at once you fools! Ray: Finnish him off Knuckles! Do it now! (Solar Knuckles runs at the Evil Echidna and with a deafening roar, he smashed the spikes on his fist into Evil Solar knuckles hart. E.S. Knux then powers down to his basic form and collapses.) Knuckles (powering down): It's over. Evil Knux: Well...that was...the last fight... I'll ever have. Thanks for making it a good one. (He dies.) Julie-su: Now we've almost got them all. Bubble: What do you mean? Espio: We ran into what was left of the Anti-Freedom fighters. We took care of them easily! ?????: You'll pay for this! All: Huh? (Suddenly, a blue streak races past and snatches Evil Knuckles corps.) Evil-Sonic: How could you? You killed my rival. And you also killed Anti-Sally! I loved her! Now you see the might of a united army of darkness! (He activates his machine and Evil Knuckles becomes a collage of light particles that fly into the pipe in the machine and are absorbed by Evil Sonic.) Evil-Sonic: Now to destroy the other Hedgehog brother! CHAOS CONTROL! (He disappears.) Flash: Was he talking about Sonic? Knuckles: We've gotta warn him! (Evil Sonic appears on the edge of the floating island. He pulls out a transmitter.) (The Anti-Mobians leader answers.) ?????: What news do you bring? Evil-Sonic: The group was attacked by the Terra Senshi. And the Chaotix ambushed those who escaped. ?????: Bunnie... Evil-Sonic: I can't believe it. Sally...Even Knuckles...Everyone's dead except the two of us. (The shadow stands up.) ?????: You have my permission to destroy your counterpart now. Evil-Sonic: What is your next plan master? ?????: The time has come for me, to get involved. Soon they will tremble at the awesome power of The Black Lustre Ritual!
