Greetings everyone. It's been a damn long time since there has been any real news about Hereos. As there have been some rumors starting about the drummer leaving the band, let's first of all clear that up. Firstly, yes the drummer has made plans to move forward with his other band, Teatime. Secondly, he is not in the position to quit Heroes just yet. Everything is being planned out carefully, and if Teatime happens to get a tour or something, Heroes may have to reschedule. If it comes to Chris leaving the band, of course, it will be on the condition that he find a replacement drummer should they wish to continue. Since nothing is set in stone, except that Chris is taking to Teatime as a full-time career band and is officially putting his main efforts there. This doesn't necessarily mean that Heroes is going to go anywhere. They're still gigging, and have no official plans yet to do otherwise. We will keep everyone posted on the news, and as for now... Come to the shows and have a good time.
Also, Heroes will only have a couple more gigs, including a private shindig at the Hotel Northampton, then there will be a short break from shows in July and August. Alrighty, the Christmas season is upon us, and so is the (expletive) snow. I hope no one was too upset about the cancellation of the last heroes gig at the Roadhouse on the 13th. Unfortunately, due to weather and other emergencies, the website was put on hold. I hope we can be forgiven. Anywho, we are starting to post gigs for the new year, and also, a New Year's Eve party at the Roadhouse!!! If you have no plans (or even if you do) it would be worth it to come to this show. We'll be expecting all the regular fans there, so please feel free to take advantage. The updates on this site should be more regular now, and no further shows are expected to be cancelled, so that's that. See you all soon!! Thanks, drive thru...

Okay, you may have noticed the complete makeover the site is getting. What I'm thinking is that it will be a little quicker to download than the other way. Anywho, we're going to be having a Halloween party this Halloween... Fancy that, eh? I hope to see people there. We still currently have no Mp3's to post on this site, but give me time, I'll figure it out. Until then, please enjoy our new look, and thanks for the pie.

Alrighty, it has been a while since the last update, but let's not worry about that anymore, shall we? So we had to boot the Mp3 section because, let's face it: free website = itty-bitty living space. More photos were posted of the last Pour House gig, which are very nice. We currently are working on an original written by myself, and are coming out with a few new covers. As it turns out, the break was worth it. We'll have a couple rehearsals before we play out again next weekend, so expect it to be a good show. Thanks. -Chris

As of right now, Heroes will be taking a short break from gigging after the Pour House show this Saturday. Hopefully this show will spring us into more clubs in the Springfield area and maybe we'll also have time to get some more of our recordings done. We are working on some originals, and putting together some covers that we play for the Cd. We still aren't sure when it will be done, but it's going to be this year for sure. (Laugh here) Anyways, we hope to see you at our debut gig in Springfield this Saturday. Start time is believed to be about 10pm. It's on Worthington Street. Great news today, as the new Heroes website is finally up and running!

Heroes has booked a show at Club Meadows for a ROCK 102 promotional party for the day after Valentine's Day, Feb. 15 on Saturday.
The show will be titled: "Bitterness Ball"
Check out ROCK 102.1 on FM radio, or look in the Valley Advocate for details in the coming week. Start time for the Bitterness Ball is said so far to be 9pm.
