Harriers struggled in the first half early on, with two goals from Bliby before Sam Hudson registered with a strike making the score 1-2.
However strong play by Bliby gained a further goal with Harriers defence caught napping 1-3. Although Ross Mole Harriers goalkeeper made a magnificent penalty save.
The second half proved better for Harriers with Ben Hibben and Daniel Van Orsouw more resolute in defence.
A close range shot by Jacob Blackwell was blocked but the rebound was driven in by Sam Hudson 2-3.
Bliby struck once more despite some fine goalkeeping by Ross Mole.
Ben Tamplin was very unlucky not to score on several occasions as was Billy Bailey, but no other goals were scored.
