MATCH REPORT Herne Bay Harriers U12�s travelled to Tyler Hill for their Division 2 clash in the Parker Steel League.
In a physical encounter the Harriers held their own until midway through the first half when Tyler Hill struck with three quick goals. The Harriers, through Robert Tait, Michael Tritton and Alex Jefferies fought back and put Tyler hill on the back foot.
In the second half the Harriers dominated proceeding and battled back into the game. The Harriers got their rewards when Josh Wells header hit the Tyler Hill cross bar from a corner and David Crane scored from the rebound.
Man of the Match Russell Gower then delivered a superb volley from the edge of the area, which saw the ball fly into the top corner of the goal. Tyler Hill started to look vulnerable and Jack bishop took advantage of this and fired the ball through a crowd of players into the bottom corner of the goal, giving the Tyler Hill goalkeeper no chance.
The Harriers nearly scored a fourth when Lewis Senft�s shot just went wide of the goal. As the Harriers chased the game Tyler Hill scored twice and the game finished 5 � 3 to Tyler Hill.
