MATCH REPORT Herne Bay Harriers U12�s entertained Faversham Strike Force FC and secured a well deserved point with a 1 � 1 draw.
Strike Force started the brightest and took the lead with a free kick, which Man of the Match Damian Moody-Smith in the Harriers goal could do nothing about. The Harriers level matter when Josh Wells latched onto a ball from Robert Tait and rounded the goalkeeper to finish in the corner.
Moody-Smith then pulled of a string of saves which kept the Harriers in the game.
The Harriers could have taken the lead when Jack Bishop�s volley hit the cross bar and Lewis Senft was unlucky not to score from the rebound.
In the second half both teams tried to win the game, which provide entertaining football. The Harriers maintained a clean sheet in the second half many due to a superb performance from Jonathan Culver and Carlo Monticolombi in the Harriers Defence.
