Harry James Potter, born on July 31st, 1989, met Hermione and Ron on the first train to Hogwarts. Hermione walked into Harry and Ron's compartment and impressed them both with a spell that fixed Harry's glasses perfectly. Ever since Harry and Ron saved Hermione from a mountain troll in their first year, they've been wonderful friends. Hermione has saved Harry's life on more than one occasion. Harry wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Hermione.
