Okay, here is the voting system. All of you will be casting your votes, but the votes that you cast, will NOT
decide the winner. These are just nominations. I will pick four most-voted nominations from each category.
Then, I will send all of you an e-mail about the four finalist and you will ALL vote for your favourite(s)
from each category. If your initial vote is not one of the four finalist, you will still HAVE TO vote from
one of the four finalist. To decide the winner. I will count the votes for each finalist based on the second-
time voting. .:ATTENTION:. So, basically, if your favourite(s) is already voted in the nomination column and
there are lest then four contenders, then you needn't vote for the favourite(s) anymore, cause it will bound
to be one of the four finalist. BUT, if your favourite(s) is NOT in the nomination list OR there are MORE
then four contenders for the category[not including your favourite(s)], then you should vote to make sure
it is one of the final four.
