Greetings and Hello! My name is Bro. Matt Perdue and we 're so excited about what God is doing with "Youth of Truth" here at Heritage Apostolic Tabernacle. We actively teach and believe that praise and worship are key essentials in having a successful breakthrough in the spirit. The bible says that "Judah shall go first" therefore meaning PRAISE shall go first. Our youth department focuses on reaching every age group up to 35 years of age. We try to motivate, teach, and focus young people on the essentials of being "Good Soliders for Christ".
I have been the Youth Pastor at Heritage Apostolic Tabernacle since 2001. I am licensed with the ALJC to minister the gospel. I have been in the Apostolic church all of my life, and I believe that God is encouraging the church to modernize the methods in reaching the lost BUT without modernizing the "Old Gospel Message". My wife, Sis. Maren Perdue, and I have been married since July 26th 2003. We both have a passion and desire to work with the youth and desire a miraculous move of God. We would love for you to come and be a guest in our services.
Ball State University is a top priority for our Youth Outreach department. Starting in 2004 we have launched a goal and program to reach young people that are attending the college. We also would love to have any young people looking to transfer temporarily from their home church while attending college away from home. We provide free transportation to and from church every night their is a service, and "Youth of Truth" does a great job of including ALL young people in All activities. If we have not LOVE then we are nothing but sounding brass and tinkling cymbals. We make it a point to show our LOVE. In 2003, our youth department started a nightly service called Crazy Praiz. This night is designated and designed for young people from the ages of 12-22. Together we actively praise and worship, sing, eat, get Crazy, and we still have plenty of time for discussion and teaching. This program has exploded off the ground and has been a complete success! If you like to get crazy and have a good time then every Thursday Night at 7:00 PM you'll enjoy Crazy Praiz!

My thought is this, if we don't keep the young people busy in the church, SOMEBODY or SOMETHING else will. We have a love and passion for the lost and to see young people on fire for the Lord.
