Jake pushed his tongue harder against his mouth and Kyle finally stopped resisting, parting his lips for his friend to press inside his mouth. As Jake stroked over his tongue and explored the depths of his mouth, Kyle felt his stomach flip with a surprising surge of want and his dick stirred in his pants. With a gasp, Kyle pulled back, swallowing hard.
Groaning, Jake dropped his head back against the couch cushion. "I feel like I'm dating a Catholic schoolgirl here," he mumbled.
Kyle blinked. "We're dating?"
Jake glanced at him, looking uncertain, "I, uh, aren't we?"
Kyle paused thoughtfully. They'd carried on meeting up in Starbucks after their first kiss for a while until Kyle had finally suggested Jake's apartment again. He hadn't been able to help thinking about their kiss all the time, and he'd accepted that he wanted to kiss Jake again. And he had, several times.
Several times, they'd met at Jake's place and each time, they'd kissed. Each time, their kisses grew deeper, harder, longer and turned Kyle on more and more. But Kyle hadn't quite reached that level of acceptance, that he was kissing a man and loving it, getting horny from it, so he pulled away each time, usually leaving soon after. And that was hard too, knowing Jake was upset and frustrated, that he felt rejected. But he supposed Jake was right, they were dating.
"Yeah, I guess we are," he replied eventually. The huge smile Jake directed at him somehow made it all a bit easier. Trying to ease things a little more, Kyle smiled, "And let's not forget, I am a virgin."
Jake blinked at him, an expression of utter shock colouring his features. Then he smiled again and snorted before laughing, falling against Kyle. With a smile, Kyle wrapped an arm round his friend, realising as he did so that he was feeling a great deal more comfortable with their tentative relationship. Instead of leaving hurriedly like he usually did, Kyle stayed, hugging Jake close.
They stayed that way for the rest of the evening, Jake turning on the TV and curling up against him without saying a word. Things were getting easier and hopefully soon he'd be able to reassure Jake that he wasn't in this alone.
