| To keep the confidentialities of your current, past and future work is a duty and a perpetual moral obligation. You shall not convulse any of your secrets as long as you are alive. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Work contacts are the normal activity tracts. It should be characterized by discrimination together with frankness, omit, understanding and non - complication. To this end the following should be observed: - Your work contacts should be characterized by openness and trust. - In your work contacts you should mind your own business and do not interfere with your colleagues' business. You should observe the posts level and hierarchy. - Among the successful of communications are the honest presentation, polite phrases, calm tone, insulate sound that will not embarrass or disturb listeners and sweet smile. - You should solve your work problems and your own problems by client contacts with your concerned colleagues. Do not report your problems to your seniors before contacting your concerned colleagues, and do not let these problems to be passed on to your juniors. - Try to understand the human aspects of those you are dealing with. - As you pride your own dignity, other peaple have also the same pride for their dignities. -If criticism is a must, your criticism of others should be of the constructive type based on justice and void of injustice and prejudice. It should be withen work parametres and implicit. - You should face your responsibilities, and encounter your mistakes, and should have the moral courage to confess them. Do not hold other peaple responsible for your mistakes. |

| - Meet your visitor in a decent manner and and with welcome, disperse his fears o your meeting, listen to him carefully and try to recognize his needs. - Consider these needs in the light of the law. - If you feel that he is right, take the shortest, the fastest and the most economic way from time, effort and cost points of view to answer his need. - If he is not right, explain this to him with the aim of opening his eyes to the situation. - Your address to the public should be characterized by honestly, openness, clarity and calm voice which is free from arrogance tone. |
