SUBJECT:
Auto body painter
I
have been a student of Cape
Fear Community
College for eight months, as the months pass, so
do my dreams. My goal after I graduate from Cape Fear Community College is to be an auto body
technician. My dream is to work at ford or Chevrolet motor company, and work as
an auto body painter. Otherwise being a auto body
painter is no easy task because an apprentice painter always go to troubles.
My goal after
graduating is to be an auto body technician. Cape Fear Community College is a great school;
studying some classes aren’t easy especially English 101. Although some classes
are hard to me I always try to do the best I can. Otherwise auto body class is
more is easier because it’s what I like to study. I managed to keep my grades
up last semester and I planned to keep them up this semester by studying even
harder. Meanwhile my goal after graduating I want to work for ford or Chevrolet
motor company. My inspiration as an auto body technician was my older brother.
But for me to be able to work at those two companies, I will have to know
everything about paint, paint problems, and how to fix those errors. I dream of
painting a 2007 Chevrolet corvette or mustang, so far I have a little of
experience I have learned that is something is not correctly done, mistakes can
happen, so by avoiding those errors I try to do my best..
Although auto body
is what I like, there are always problems while working. When painting a
vehicle there are many problems of the most common ones are runs, is when the
paint just slips due to excessive number of coats. This kind of errors are
somewhat easy to fixed, but on basecoat is not because it just going to look so
ugly and you would have to refinished again.
Accomplishing this
goal is not becoming easier, because there are just so many painting methods
that an apprentice must learn and all those techniques are learn over time. To
achieve this goal of graduating, and then work at Chevrolet or Ford, I must pay
attention what my instructor teaches me, and put all my skills to practice.
