I set-up this page to just keep track of my weight loss.  And to also inspire others that if I can do it you can to.
Here is a virtual picture of me.  I wouldn't have enough courage to wear a bathsuit like that right now.  Plus with this picture there's no cellulite showing.

The winter blahs got me last winter by the time May came around the scale was almost back to 170 and I said with all that hard work to get down your going to let if pile on again?   NO!!

In JULY I picked up the ATKINS book so I could read about Low Carbing more mostly because of some medical conditions my hubby had and weight he needed to lose.

I have been following ATKINS and using Herbalife GOLD products.

3/29     165         I haven't taken my measurement in a long time but not much has changed since all my clothes still fit as you can see I have gained a few pounds but not much and considering it's the beginning of spring and getting out again to get exercise those few pounds will come off in no time.

For all those people out there that call HERBALIFE A FAD DIET
and that say " you will lose weight and then gain it all back faster then you lost it"

I'm here to say your WRONG.

2 years later and still keeping it off with Herbalife.
