This type of healing is very simple and it doesn't effect Your own energy structure, because You don't use Your own energy, but energy of the natural element. I have done this with the voodoo doll and a crystal, because I am Taurus, and my element is Earth. For the voodoo doll I used ordinary chair to redirect the energy, because I didn't had direct access to the person. I raised energy from the crystal, invoked the magickal circle and asked Goddess to assist me. The minute I have started with this the person started to feel much better.

This is a definition of Reiki. I have been visiting the Reiki therapist, and learned about it a lot. The Reiki is a LOT different from the bioenergy and magick, so I don't know, where should I put it. Reiki opens a energy channel from the universal energy field, which is all around us, to the person, that needs the energy. I guess, that this is the most natural way of healing, because the energy flow is not directed, but it flows to the place where energy is needed.
