There are some city issues in Heppner. Some people might not think that it is clean. That would be easy to fix. Just get more people onto the Heppner clean-up crew. There are probably some buildings that could need fixing up too. If we are going to spend any money on Heppner, we should spend it on something besides parks. We've already got three of them. There was contraversey about moving city hall. Another issue is the old pool. There have been plans to turn it into a skate park. But they never did. That pool is pretty much the only thing right now that needs to be fixed. Heppner did need a new mayor but Tim Vancleave got elected and is the new mayor.HEPPNER CITY OFFICIALS
