Students recieve 1 hour credit (1 Carnegie unit of credit) for the entire school year toward graduation They must satisfactorily complete a full year to be eligible for military training credit. Determination of military training credit will be mabe by the Senior Army Instructor. As of SY 96/97 a ninth grader enrolled in JROTC will be able to exempt the Physical Fitness and Health and Saftey class by taking JROTC for two consecutive years (9th and 10th). You are required to pass all curriculum requirements in Health and Safety and Physical Fitness to exempt these classes. |
