"Private Snapshots 3" is an adult CD product that isn't sure if it's a 
game or a collection of hardcore pictures and videos.

Has a lot of pictures and videos, but some are inaccessible or 
unavailable due to the march of techology or bad programming.
Couldn't get the "game" to run on one computer, as it said QuickTime 
wasn't installed when I have v4.0.3 there already. It wants to install 
2.1.2.59, but apparently will work fine with 2.0.1. Not all of the 
QuickTime movies on the disc are even shown during the "game", too.
Some of the website on the CD won't display correctly (embedded 
.AVI videos the most problematic) or work at all due to broken links.

When it works, it works rather well. Lots of good pictures, but you 
may get tired of "3 guys meet girl, she sucks their cocks, is fucked 
in the ass and pussy, ends up with cum on her face". Especially when 
you begin to recognize the guys in different settings. The video clips 
in the "game" are mostly too short. I think all of this stuff is 
from old issues of the "Private" magazine.

While you're supposed to roll the dice to reveal girls in the 
circular area, you can just click on their thumbnails, even while 
they're greyed out, to see their "contact sheet(s)" of pictures.
The photo display interface can't be moved out of the way. And the 
"Play" function will repeat when it gets to the end of a screen full 
of images (24, I think), which gets rather annoying when 20 or so of 
them are that Image Line ad.
Note that you quit the "game" by clicking the Quit area on the bottom 
right, then ignore the fuzzy Quit and click on the menu button in the 
bottom left corner and select "Shut Down".
Also, leave the "Registration Info !", "Internet site" or "Readme 
Information" text files by clicking on the nearly invisible "Exit" in 
the upper right.

Although this isn't a relatively recent (1997/98) product, I was 
surprised that the website for Image Line isn't where it should be, 
their sex site is apparently gone, and only "Eat This" is still 
being promoted. www.private.com is also now a paid membership site, 
and I didn't see any mention of other CD products there.

I thought the interface got in the way too much, and the images were 
often too obviously scanned from a magazine. Why this product needed 
a password is beyond me, too. So, "Private Snapshots 3" gets a rating 
of "3.2" from me. ;)
