The Lancelin Lodge is the most immaculate backpackers we've stayed in. The owners Trish and Trev work around the clock to make everyone feel at home. We became a part of the family for our week-long stay and befriended James who attempted to teach us guitar, Jon who helped Mike kite surf, and Laura and Jenny who were the best pool side pals a girl could ask for. The rowdiest people in the place were four women from "Delly and Buntine", two towns further north. They were on a weekend pass from their husbands for a lawn bowling tournament and an inspiration to girls' weekends everywhere. |
