The Legend of ZELDA
Ocarina of Time

Nintendo64 -
Mini review

Link is one of Nintendos main characters, along with DonkeyKong and Mario he has appeared on everyone of Nintendos main systems, the GameBoy, NES, SNES and now on the Nintendo64. This adventure is different however, for it is 100% 3D, meaning...if you can see it, the chances are you can go there.

The game starts off with you controling Link as a young boy, in a great looking 3D world, full of loads of other characters who you can talk and interact with, before long however, you have to control a much older looking Link as he grows up...in a world which doesn't look nearly half as good. Monsters of all kinds fill the place and the sky has a nasty mist to it. Princess Zelda has been kidnapped, and you have to save her!

This is without doubt the best Zelda game ever, and many feeling is the greatest game ever to be released, there is more then enough to confirm this, the great visuals, the stunning way the sky goes from day to night as if it was real life, the great tasks you have to complete, the unforgettable characters, the great controls, the weapons, the music...it at times just never fails to impress, however, at times it can get incredibly frustrating, and the constent walking from one location to another just to get an item, and then walking all the way back again means you sometimes feel as if your simply going through the motions as it were. These are minor problems, and there are more then enough of them 'special gaming moments' to make this one of the greatest games you will ever play...
