the 4 of june 1989 china attacs, the student-demonstartion on the Tiananmen Square (himmelske freds plads) in beijing, by military force. armoured cars was driven directly into the human crowds. about 1000 people was killed, and about 10.000 wounded.

since may the Tiananmen Square (himmelske freds plads) had been a gathering place for about 2-300 students, who demanded democraty, human rights and freedom of the press. a part of the students hunger-striked.

th whole world followed the events. and condemned the brutal chinese military force.
