Now on to the rest of my life. Next Friday is the last day for teachers, and then I am officially on retirement. The first thing I am doing is to go to the Navajo Nation for a mission trip for a week.
Then I am going to spend a couple of weeks in Texas visiting family. That means, I need to make sure the car is workable, straighten up here and pack, making sure I take everything that I need, really two suitcases. One for the mission trip, the other for visiting, since I am bring Things That Don't Fit on a Plane. (That would make a good category for jeopardy)
That includes the little gifties for the grandkids and a long name frame that I promised before at the last trip.
Well, now to shop and make sure there is enough cat litter and food for my sister to manage while I am gone. And Blue Bell is on special, so I could leave the leftover for my son if he comes to mow the grass. Or I could eat it all in one week.
