St. Johns Centenary
The Church of St John the Baptist celebrates its centenary on the 13th August 2003. on Sunday 10th August 2003 there will be a Celebratory Parish Eucharist Of Thanksgiving conducted by the Bishop, Rt Rev. John Davies, in the church at 11.00a.m.
It will be the only service in the Parish that day.
Please try to attend to make the occasion very special
There will be two souvenir items to mark the event available later in the Autumn.
Anyone who wishes to make a donation to the church to mark the Centenary should hand their gift to the Church wardens. We thank those who have already done so.
The alterations to the Church to incorporate facilities lost by the sale of the church house will take place later in the Autumn.
