Digital-equity applies to different areas of technology. Students may differ not only in access to technology, but may not be equal in the skills of its use. Researching and writing the Application for week four of EDUC6661 Exploring New Technologies helped me realize different techniques that I can use to achieve equity in my classroom. Helping students become better users of technology helps to lessen the digital divide, thus fulfilling this standard. |
