| S5.1 Uses technology resources to engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning. Using the web as a resource of professional development opens the doors to learning that would not have been possible twenty years ago. Acknowledging this beneficial resource fulfills Standard 5.1. In week two of Multi Media Tools teachers were asked to identify resource and techniques on the Internet related to professional development. Completing this assignment taught educators how to find, assess, and use the WWW as a means of becoming a better teacher. |
