| S2.4 Plans for the management of technology resources within the context of learning activities. The Internet offers many valuable resources to use in the curriculum. Unfortunately, it also offers sites that may not be appropriate for our students. In week two of Multimedia Tools we searched and identified viable sources on the Internet for our chosen topic. These were set up into a Filimentality Hunt including a list of appropriate Interent reseources for the students to use during a lesson. This experience allowed insight into the management of technology resources, thus fulfilling Standard 2.4. Using tools such as Hotlists or WebQuests allows the teacher to make use of research to create a learning environment the is safe, self-guided, and user-friendly. |
