S2.1 Designs developmentally appropriate learning opportunities that apply
technology-enhanced instructional strategies to support the diverse needs
       of learners.

One of the goals in the MSITC program is to learn to create a Hotlist. A Hotlist is a list of links that focuses the user to a specific list of sites. This saves the user valuable time in locating links appropriate to the objective. The teacher decides what sites are appropriate and useful in the lesson. In Teaching with the Internet K-12: New Literacies for New Times there is a four for rule for creating homepages (Leu, D., 2004). These four criteria also apply to the creation of a Hotlist. This resource should help students learn, provide resources for others, create a link between home and school, and project an image of professionalism. The Hotlist that I have created meets all these needs.
This resource is so technology enriched and education appropriate that it fulfills many of the program outcomes required by Walden (2005). The WebQuest using Filamentality created in Week Two of Multimedia Tools is being applied in fulfillment of S2.1.
