Outcome G1.1: Recognizes and plans for student diversity and achievement based on observations and knowledge

The use of technology is changing the methods in which teachers can address the needs of their learners. The diverse learning needs of each individual are a constant concern of teachers. In the development of this CAR project I have been able to add to my repertoire of available resources to meet the needs of each student in the classroom. The Internet and technology have proved to be powerful resources in which to motivate and engage the students. In the development of this CAR, I have researched, adapted, utilized, reflected, and adjusted my teaching as a result of this project.  Dr. Sagor states that action research empowers teachers with more and improved effective methods of teaching (Sagor, 2000).Through the research and development of this research the Waldens Scholar practitioner has fulfilled the requirement of Outcome G1.1.
