Hendra Wijaya - Owner

In 2001, Mr. Wijaya graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University Hawaii (BYU-Hawaii). During his degree pursuit, Mr. Wijaya completed courses and developed specialized skills in Business Finance, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Strategies, Marketing, Business Communications, and Business Management

Mr. Wijaya has significant management and administration training and work experience.  He worked for over four years as a commercial producer selling Property & Casualty insurance. He helped the organization with the proposals and client communications.  He also prepared presentations for clients meetings, prospective clients meetings and employees meetings. He was also responsible for contacting individuals, businesses, and professionals to set appointments, gather financial data, interview clients and determine clients’ assets, liabilities, insurance coverage, and financial objectives. He attended meetings to develop new business prospects, and develop prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, and other sources. Furthermore, he was responsible for business development activities, managing operations, and coordinating and implementing policies, strategies, and business plans. Work with executive office management in administrative functions including finance, accounting, marketing, operations and personnel management, while enforcing company standards, policy and quality of service. Supervise installation, maintenance, and development of management information data system program through computerized system of hardware and software. For the period of 4 years, Mr. Wijaya helped increase the sales of the Property & Casualty Division by 120%.

Prior to this, he served in the capacity of Technical Support Specialist-Level 2 for DELL Computers. He was responsible for basic and advanced troubleshooting for DELL hardware or software, and for researching campaign related problems for the Product Specialist or Quality Administrator, among other duties.

Mr. Wijaya also obtained significant management and administration training while at BYU-Hawaii as the University’s Computer Lab Assistant Supervisor providing assistance in various matters of software (MS Office) and hardware problems to students using computers in all labs and maintaining maximum performance of all PCs in all labs, which included basic and advanced troubleshooting. He was also a Tour Guide for the Polynesian Cultural Center and provided valuable information about Polynesian Cultures to people around the world.  Further, Mr. Wijaya was Assistant Marketing Manager for Mahakam Sysprofindo, Inc. in 1994 to 1997.
