set back #1, i was hoping that the frame would be large enough to allow all 6 12-volt batteries to fit, however i was 1 cm off, so i will have to mod the frame.

set back #2, the german motor [pmg132 from perm-motor] spins the wrong way, so i will need to switch the rear disk brake [and mount] with the rear sprockets.  hopefully this can be done by simply flipping the rear tire around?
