here is the charger i'm [trying] to use, not working just yet.  hooked up the batteries and charger last night, but got two beeps.  the manual states that two beeps followed by a color code is an error message, however the unit i have has no lights on it, so another set back as i try to figure out what to do.

on an other note, the next bike i make will start from a rolling chassis.  it will cost more, but it will save a lot of time and trouble.  a new roller can as cheap as $3000.  if you start with an old bike like i did you can do it for $1000 but it will three times as long and you will need to have more knowledge of bike repair
