Jeepstock '04
October 5-6 2004
Potosi, MO
These are pictures from the first annual Midwest Jeepthing Jeepstock event.  My dad and I attended-- along with about one hundred other Jeepers (and one Toyota driver).  Much fun was had by all, and other than a little carnage on the second day's trail ride and a roasted wheel bearing on the Scrambler, it was a fabulous and trouble-free weekend.

18" or so between the tire and terra firma
An excuse to pick up 37" tires?  Probably.
Above: Flexibility is not one of The '83's strong suits.
Right: The Facade earns its nickname on a teeny rock ledge.
Ouch!!
The '83 picks its way through a rock garden
Left: The '83 picks its way through a rock garden, sometimes using as few as three tires at a time.  Right: For those of you playing along at home, that's a separated steering knuckle and fragged u-joint and axle shaft in the middle of the picture.  Yee ha.  Or whatever.
