Hello!
I have been making hemp jewelry since I was a young teen-ager traveling the art shows with my mother. I must credit my passion for tying knots to a lady named June, who set up near our booth on many occaisions, and was kind enough to teach me her craft.

It was my grandmother who eventually introduced me to polymer clay. This was neat! I could put a picture of just about anything on my necklaces and I wouldn't have to worry about having the "same old thing" or having to raise my prices to put someone else's original beads on my jewelry!

On this page, you will see just a small portion of the hemp necklaces and leather-strung beads I have made. Please know that these beads are made entirely of polymer and not painted. I hope you will also enjoy visiting my web store to see many other pieces of my work.

I would like to thank mom, June, grandma, and all of my loyal customers for making my small business a growing success.

Thank you!
Marianne

It would not be right to neglect thanking the hempleaf which gives me the wonderful fibers for much of my jewelry! Here it is in forest green on a silver pendant, accented with black glass beads.. The hemp is dyed with a water-safe dark green.
Thank you for visiting my homepage! I hope you enjoyed being here. Please feel free to sign my guestbook or chat with me online.
