| -To fund such a program use the funds from the program that covers the 100% of Ohio National Guard Member's tuition to any state college or university. Integrate Guard, Active, and Reserve Ohio Service Members into one universal funded "State of Ohio GI Bill". Of course this will not be 100% free tuition but will ensure equal distribution of funds. -Cutting from the state of Ohio Budget 1% from the State's Corrections budget to help pay for this proposal. -K-12 education programs are very important; but a reduction from their budget of 0.5%-2.1% would also help fund this and not negatively impact K-12. |
