How to adopt New Legislation into law Ideas
-Need individual State Senator or State Representative to personally sponsor the proposed new legislation.

-A directive to the legislature from Governor Ted Strickland that a law should be created on this issue by the General Assembly.

-Committee sponsored support for the proposed bill either by the State Senate Education or State & Local Government & Veteran's Affairs Committee or by the State House of Representatives Education Committee.

-Allow Dan Langshaw to testify at a committee meeting or hearing.

-For go waiting for Governor Ted Strickland's Veterans Study Council findings as a result of the current war. Time should be considered so that it will be possible for the proposed legislation to be factored into the 2009-2010 State Budget.
