Northeast Utilities Service Company - Millstone Unit 1.

Prepared database for Erosion/Corrosion Program. Performed analytical evaluations for local thinning of piping components due to Erosion/Corrosion , and to determine the acceptability for continued services in accordance with ASME B&PV Code Case N-480. Performed Final As-Built (79-14) Stress Calculations. Performed calculations for Short Term Temporary Operability Evaluations. Performed High Energy Line Break (HELB) Evaluations. Performed many study calculations for piping component replacement/upgrade.

Northeast Utilities Service Company - Millstone Unit 2.

Performed preliminary analysis for installing rupture disks to mitigate RBCCW/RCS intersystem LOCA effects. Prepared preliminary piping models for EPD/STRUDL program. Performed analysis for addition of check valves in RBCCW Surge Tank Makeup Line. Performed stress analysis for addition of check valves in Hydrogen Purge System. Performed stress analysis for addition of relief valve in Sump Pump Discharge Line. Prepared Stress Mathematical Models and reports for RBCCW System Waterhammer analysis.

Entergy Operations Inc. - Waterford Unit 3.

Performed calculations for Non-NSSS Class 1 Piping Reduction of ISI Welds by using Fatiganal4210. Intensive use of stress indices, fatigue analysis concepts, and Standard and Codes were involved in this project. Performed stress analysis to evaluate Post-LOCA thermal conditions for safety-related systems. Analyzed new thermal transient effects for CVCS System, including fatigue analysis.

Florida Power & Light - St. Lucie Units 1 and 2.

Performed iterative piping stress analysis of the Pressurizer Relief Piping to minimize local loads on the SRV discharge nozzles and Quench Tank nozzle. Performed analysis for SRV tail pipe adjustment. Performed analysis for SRV replacement project for Unit 2. Conducted ASME Class 1 stress analysis for Unit No. 2 Safety Injection System Snubber Reduction and Auxiliary Pressurizer Spray System Check Valve Replacement/Relocation.

 Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSE&G) - Salem Unit 1.

Performed stress analyses for Steam Generator Replacement Project, analyzed Feedwater, Blowdown, and instrument tubing lines for new configurations. PIPDYN II, ME101, PIPESTRESSS computer programs were used in this project.

Carolina Power & Light - Shearon Harris Unit 1.

Performed reconstitution of missing stress analyses done in PIPESTRESS2010 for feedwater and auxiliary feedwater system using pipe stress analysis program DST/PIPESTRESS.

Smith/Enron Station - Dominican Republic.

Performed stress analysis for small bore piping for this uniquely designed barge-based power plant.

Sithe Independence Cogeneration Plant - Oswego, New York.

Performed stress analysis for small bore piping.

Portland General Electric (PGE) - Coyote Springs Power Plant.

Performed small bored piping analysis using CAESAR-II program.

Egyptian Power Authority - El-Kureimat Thermal Power Plant.

Performed the piping stress analysis for Cold Reheat System using CAESAR-II computer program. Performed steam hammer analysis for Hot Reheat and Main Steam Lines.

Shandon Provincial Power Authority, China - Zouxian Power Plant Units 5 and 6. Performed piping stress analyses for Main Steam System and Hot Reheat System using CAESAR-II computer program.

Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand - Ratchaburi Combined Cycle Power Plant.

Performed Steam Hammer analyses for Main Steam System and Hot Reheat System using DST/PIPESTRESS computer program. Performed piping stress analyses for Boiler Feed, Condensate, and Steam Seal Systems using CAESAR-II computer program.

Tallahasse Power Plant, Florida.

Performed Vibration Analysis using ADLPIPE program.

Gulf States Utilities Company - River Bend Unit 1.

Performed stress analysis and support evaluations for Extraction Steam Piping System to accommodate the replacement/relocation of non-return valves inside the Turbine Building. DST/PIPESTRESS Version 3403 was used in this project. NUPIPE program was also involved in this project. Performed stress analysis for Service Air/Instrument Air piping.

Arkansas Power and Light Company - Independence Units 1 and 2.

Performed stress analysis for New Auxiliary 10" Steam Cross-Tie and Boiler Feed Pump Recirculation Line Reconfiguration using CAESAR-II program.

Texas Utilities Company - Comanche Peak Unit No. 2.

Performed stress analysis for Heater Drain System Hydraulic Load Upgrade.

Washington Public Power Supply System - WNP2.

Performed stress analysis for the heat exchanger replacement project HX-1 inside the containment. Performed stress analysis for equipment sump cover replacement project.

Comision Federal De Electricidad (CFE), Mexico - Laguna Verde Nuclear Power Station.

Performed preliminary piping stress analysis for effects of possible clogging of RHR, LPCS, HPCS suction strainers as described in NRC IE Bullletin 96-03.

New York Power Authority - James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant.

In charge of the procurement and installation of Modification-294, Upgrade of Shutdown Communication System. Interfaced with vendors and NYPA site engineering department. Arranged the test of the shutdown communication system after installation. In charge of labeling existing systems. Communicated with Contract Service and Operation personnel to perform modification packages. Performed walkdown of power plant cables to locate and resolve cable separation violations.

Consolidated Edison Company - Indian Point Unit 2.

Prepared Seismic Design Basis Documents (DBD) for Piping/Support Stress Analysis. Performed Main Steam Line walkdown in both IP2 and IP3 to identify existing jet impingement barrier.

Consolidated Edison Company - East River 14^th Street Station.

Prepared stress analysis input files in ADLPIPE format for extraction steam lines.

Taiwan Power Company - Chinshan Units 1 & 2.

Prepare an assessment report on Plant Life Extension Evaluation.

Taiwan Power Company - Maanshan Units 1 & 2.

Performed reactor fuel pattern analysis for fuel reloading using CASMO & SIMULATE-II.

Involved in evaluation of storage tank and attached piping. Performed Stress analysis for Steam System using AUTOPipe.

Performed preliminary piping stress analyses for spent fuel pool piping.

Performed piping stress analyses for Boiler Feed, Aux. Boiler, Closed Cooling Water, /Circulating Water and miscllaneous steam piping.

Performed pipe sizing for proposal.

Red Oak Combined Cycle Power Plant - AES, California.

Performed confirmatory piping stress analyses on MS, HR, CR, and LP piping for proposal.

Stress Analysis Computer Program Verifications/ Validations.

Performed Verification and Validation (V&V) of RE&C's pipe stress analysis program PIPESTRESS2010 Version 3.18.0 through 3.18.5 across different computer systems (UNISYS, VAX, and Unix). Performed Verification and Validation of Supplier Controlled Software DST/PIPESTRESS Version 3403 and AUTOPipe 4.50 in accordance with Company procedures for critical software. Currently handling the verification/validation of ADLPIPE. Verification included performing hand calculations to verify the adequacy of computer generated results for stress intensification factors, stress indices, code equations for B31.1, B31.3 and ASME Section III Codes. Involved in the development and verification of Fatiganal4210, a PC based fatigue analysis program. Verified Computer Program CYLNOZ PC version.
