| We feel that it is essential that our assistance establish a means to an end of the continuing cycle of the poor and needy who return time after time to various churches and orgaizations for help. Gone is "Band-Aid" approach. In it's place ia an ecumenically centralized effort to throughly screen, evaluate and FIND A SOLUTION to permanently fixing problems and allowing the clients to begin living within their means... |
