Monday, June 6th, 1918***only a made up date***
REBELLION AT MANOR FARM***the name of the story***
This just in! The animals of Manor Farm have revolted against their owner, Mr. Jones, and have taken over the farm! This happened yesterday on Midsummer's Eve, when Mr. Jones came home drunk and forgot to feed the animals. When enough was enough, the starving bests broke down the door to the store-shed. They raided the food supply, eating as much as they wanted. When Mr. Jones and his men woke up, they were in for a suprise. They tried to tame the creatures, but the beasts kicked and butted the humans from all sides. Eventually, the animals had won the farm for themselveles, naming it Animal Farm.
Mr. Jones has a few words for us on the subject. "Them darn beasts kicked me out of me own farm! I'm gonna get them and make them pay!"***this is where I ended the first column. In the top halve of the second column I had my pictures. they were of and angry looking donkey and an army tank***
Although the animals have captured the farm, they probably won't survive for very long. However, activity at Manor Farm is being closely watched. It appears that the beasts are harvesting their own crop. At list of commandments has been found on a wall. They basically tell the animals not to resemble man. The pigs have taken charge, especially two named Snowball and Napoleon. We will post back to you when we recieve futher information.
