Product Differentiation

 

-         It serves only smoothes and vegetarian products such as salads and veggie burgers

-         All smoothe restaurant such as Frutz and Yogurt or Dairy Queen doesn’t have smoothes and milkshakes in diet but we do which is an advantage

-         Some restaurants have drive-thru, but my idea is that we have a enter/exit entrance which is more convenient

-         Some of our restaurants are located in beaches witch means that since we are involved not only for the consumers, but our community which also provides easier job requirements and more employees working for us
