When and How First Discovered Helmut Lotti:
"My mother knew Helmut a long time before and she liked him very much and still likes him. But, for the most things mothers are for,daughters are against.And so was with me. When I heard "Lotti" I thought: oh my...everything, but NOT Lotti. Then one day my husband arrived at home from work and had a present for me and him: two cards for a Lotti -concert in Vienna. My chin turned down and I thought again:oh my! What should I do at a Lotti-concert!!!??? The drive to the concert was a one and only disaster.We started very early because nobody knows if there would be a backup at the highway. But there was a backup at the highway...then a backup through Vienna....then we got no parking lot.And I said: each artist who was in Vienna started with his program 15 until 30 later than it was written at the programme. But I didn�tknow Helmut...he is always on time! We panted upstairs to our seats and there Helmut was beginning.....And...it was great -great - great-It was the Latino Classics tour and he started with Guantanamera...walking from the back through the audience to the stage....I missed a few seconds of the beginning because we were so late. I was excited from this absolutely fantastic concert. And the thing which impressed me mostly was: his big zest for life or "joie de vivre"....he was sparkling of zest for life...and I sat there and thought:where is MY zest for life??? There was nothing...I was like a robot....or like a hamster in its wheel.I enjoyed each second of this concert and was very enthusiastic!!!It was a fantastic evening! The next days I was full of admiration for Helmut and I was on the famous cloud 7. Then I had a break-down and the concert was the trigger.The break-down would have happened with or without the concert I think...earlier or later.....but at the concert I became aware that in my life there was something going wrong.And it was the beginning of some changes in my life to get my zest of life back.... After the concert I bought at first the OOA-Cd and the Lotti goesClassic 1.Since this time I am a Lotti-fan....and each concert is unique and fantastic! My next will be in February..."
