Dear Lottifriends!

You have been cordially invited to attend the fanciest event of the season.

~ The Helmut Lotti Grand Ball ~





It is important that you wear your most elegant gown. You will certainly want to look your best for Helmut.


As you enter the ballroom, you curtsie to your host, Helmut Lotti. His lips curve into an amused smile as his sparkling eyes meet yours. Suddenly you hear the Golden Symphonic Orchestra begin to play "Das ist der Tag", Helmut begins to sing along and then, being the well-bred gentleman that he is, offers you his arm and then escorts you out onto the ballroom floor to join him for the first waltz.






Your heart is beating rapidly as Helmut whirls you around the floor, singing the German lyrics to this famous waltz. You find yourself hoping that this "dream come true" will never end...

When the music ends, Helmut leads you over to a comfortable chair and then the orchestra begins to play "Laras Theme". There is an audible hush as everyone in the ballroom stops to listen to Helmut's sweet voice sing along with this music so romantic and familiar. Helmut accepts everyones song requests and sings "Auf Der Liebe Flugel", "Be Mine" and "Ciribiribin", just to name a few.



All too soon, the evening is through and you must bid farewell to Helmut, the orchestra, the ballroom...the dream! Lazy snowflakes are falling from a velvety black, midnight sky, as you find your way out to the horse-drawn carriage which is waiting to return you home. Although you must go back to living your normal, everyday life again, you will forever have the memory of this evening in your heart. You will never forget this lavish, Victorian-style ball...or the singer who "filled your heart with delight" on this snowy, winter night!



We hope that you have enjoyed this "ballroom adventure".

This may be an "impossible dream"...but it is so much fun to dream, isn't it???
