I bought them off a friend who got the Army Box. Basically my original planned army did not include them but what the heck, i love the feral look. Anyway i did not like the GW paint scheme as they used a base coat of brown. I wanted them to look more the colour of Hunting wolves, thus the undercoat of Codex Grey. I Drybrushed with Fortress Grey and then Skull White, before painting in the highlights with Skull White.
I used the same facial colour tone as the ogres to keep them united with the rest of my army.
This close up does more justice to my painting. The shiny effect of the ice weapons can be seen here. I used Gloss Varnish to achieve this icy shine.
