The effects look good.
The lower jawbone provides a good contrast for the model. I opted for gold over brass because the contrast is greater.
Yellow eyes are nice as they give it a "creature" appearance.
Man, gold is hard to paint. Gave the Exalted yellow eyes as well.
Also did some runic symbols on the banner skulls
I wanted his blade to look daemonic and what better than a flaming sword for a Khorne Exalted Daemon.
I painted all the way from red gore to blood red to blazing orange to bad moon yellow to white.
I also highlighted the gold with thinned yellow ink.
Well i am quite pleased with myself and this has got to be one of my best painted miniatures so far.
