The new owner agrees to the following terms set forth by Hells Kitchen Kennels:
1. None of the APBT purchased from Hells Kitchen Kennels will be used for any illegal purposes.
2. You agree that you are of legal age (18 or older) to own an APBT and agree to take all proper requirements to care for your APBT, which includes: State Tags, proper housing accommodations, food/water and proper medical care.
3. At the time of the sale, the dog/pup in question is healthy and in good condition. The buyer has 7 days to take his/her new dog to the vet to inspect it for any health problems. If it is found that, the APBT you have purchased has any health defect or is found extremely ill by the certified vet, you may return the pup/dog to Hells Kitchen Kennels for a refund of all monies other than $150 deposit for the dog/pup. After the 7 days, Hells Kitchen Kennels makes no claims to refund the dog. A signed statement from a certified vet must accompany the dog in order to receive refund and all vet bills incurred are at the purchasers� expense and will not be reimbursed as part of this agreement.
5. At the time of sale the dog/pup is up to date on all vaccinations required at the time of sale, and as the new owner, you agree to keep your dogs vaccinated throughout the rest of their life.
6. Both parties of this contract understand that the sale of the dog in question is final. The buyer may offer the dog in question up for sale to a good home only!
7. If it has been found that the dog/pup you have purchased from Hells Kitchen Kennels has been involved in any type of illegal activity, Hells Kitchen Kennels will confiscate the dog in question, with the help from the authorities if need be, with no compensation to the new owners. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY INVOLVING ANY DOG!!!
8. The new owner also must agree to keep Hells Kitchen Kennels up to date on the pup/pups progress for the first 8 months of that pup/puppies life, including pictures sent on a monthly basis.
The new owner must agree to all terms set forth in this contract. This is a legal and binding contract between Hells Kitchen Kennels and the above-mentioned new owner(s)!
