The Room Rules. 1. Site Rules of course also apply in here. 2. KEEP ALL OOC OUT OF THE ROOM! If you have any problems OOC within anyone in the room, be it your ex, your worst enemy, keep it out of the room and out of the roleplay, or you will be booted and banned from the room. You will be warned only once. No exceptions! 3. The Doctor (Sir Integra, Diamond Madison, Elizabeth Anderson King) is the room controller. Her word is final. If you do not like it, well, there is the leave button. 4. You must submit a character bio on the message boards to become a member of this room. 5. You must be a member of this room before any of your attack/defense posts are acknowledged. 6. This is a free form (within limits) theme rp room. 7. There is no limit to avatar size, but just be reasonable with it. 8. This room is a capture/kill zone for members only. 9. Two actions per turn: one offensive action,one defensive. 10.Characters can move once per action, along with the above mentioned actions. 11.Combat spells (damaging magic) will count as an offensive action, health spells as defensive. 12.Characters can have a total of 3 spells active on their person at one time. 13.Magic is laborous, and therefore spells are not going to be casually cast all night. 3 castings per hour. 14.Magic requires concentration, so combat spells that quickly take effect require one post for concentration. Longer-lasting spells require a couple of posts worth of concentration, and health spells take three turns (posts). 15.Speed advantages mean that that character can pre-empt on a successful test or tie, but no additional actions are granted. 16.Attacks are not automatic successes, tests must be made for accuracy (whether or not you hit) and the target's Defense (whether or not they get out of the way or parry). 17.No "one-shot" kills. Combat kills will be at least two posts (no less). 18.If a character feels that the death of their character is unjust in combat RP, Fair Escape is the rule. If a character accepts the death of their character, so be it.
