| Misc Weapons Name: Beretta Model 93R Calibre: 9mm Ruger Used by: Integra This Beretta handgun is modeled after the M92, the current choice of sidearm for the US Military. The main difference is the selective fire switch, allowing the handgun to either fire single shots, or three round bursts, at around 1100 RPM. It also boasts a fold-down grip for added recoil control, an enlongated and ventilated barrel, and an optional extended clip, which raises the capacity from 15 to 20 bullets. Name: Walther PPK Calibre: 6.35 Browning, 7.65mm, 9mm Short Used by: Multiple people This weapon is like the Walther PP, except that it's scaled down for use by plain-clothes police officers. The British Secret Service stopped using the Walther PPK at the end of the 70s when it jammed in an agent's hand as he defended the Queen from a nutter during a parade, however. The Walther PPK also used to be the gun of choice for James Bond, although he moved on from H&Ks and Sigs to the latest Walther in the last few films. Its distinguishing mark is the finger-extension on the bottom of the clip. Name: M1 Garand Calibre: .30-06 Used by: Luke Valentine The M1 was originally the standard issue rifle for the US Military, but later was replaced with the lighter and generally better M14. For its time, the M1 was a good gun - it boasted a semi-automatic, eight-bullet clip firing method, with enough durability to survive the rigors of warfare. Luke's version of the gun has has most of the stock removed, giving it more of a pistol grip, and the barrel shortened considerably, for ease of use and better attunement to one-handed fire. Name: FN P90 Calibre: 5.7x28mm (5.7mm) Used by: Jan Valentine The P90's appearance is unconventional, with an odd downward ejection port, but it's one of the more prized military SMGs, having formidable penetration power with the FN 5.7mm bullet, an ROF of 900 RPM, and even boasts a horizontal clip that lies on top of the gun, which carries about 50 bullets. Jan's version is considerably customized, first having part of the stock and handle removed, with a more conventional pistol grip placed instead. A silencer has been added, along with an underbarrel laser dot sight. Of course, his eye sigil also adorns the side of the weapon. Name: Heckler and Koch Mk23 SOCOM (Special Operations Command) Calibre: .45 ACP (11.43x23mm) Used by: Hellsing Organization The SOCOM was the US military's answer to their call for a more accurate and reliable handgun than the Colt M1911A1. Based off the H&K USP, it features advanced recoil control, as well as a slightly enlongated barrel, with the muzzle being threaded to accept a silencer. The front of the frame is also grooved to accept either a flashlight or laser dot sight. Another interesting feature on the SOCOM is the slide lock, which allows for a single bullet to be fired, but not have the slide pull back, preventing sound from both it and the shell ejecting and hitting the ground. It's assumed this weapon is the Hellsing Organization's favored sidearm. Name: Armscor 40mm Grenade Launcher Calibre: 40mm grenades Used by: Incognito A drum-fed, twelve-shot grenade launcher that looks a lot like an oversized revolver. |
