Personally, I am an Ecclectic Satanist. I accept many of the beliefs and practices, and practice the rituals and ceremonies of several different Denominations. I believe that there is wisdom to be found in the ways of life taught by all Satanist Denominations, even if not all of them are for me. It is on this principle, among others, that The Loki Family was founded. The LaVeyans believe that life should be about physical and emotional gratification, while the Spiritual Satanists say that Satan and His Demons are there to protect, teach and empower humanity. Members of The Loki Family either accept that both are valid, or that one another's beliefs are to be at least respected, if not shared. We all have the right to believe what we do, and it is my belief that Father Satan teaches unity among His children. For this reason, we accept Satanists of all denominations. So if you're an American Satanist, this may in fact be the group, or as we say, "Family", for you. Don't be shy, and Ave Satanas!
