Paneer Rolls

Serves / Makes : 8-10rolls 

Ingredients 
grated paneer 100gm
grated boiled potato 50gm
chaat masala powder 1tea spoon
jeer powder 1tea spoon
green chiles to ur teste(if u want more specicy)
red chilli pwd 1/2 teaspoon
coriender leaves 1table spoon
salt to taste
oil for frying
bread crumbs
maida
eggs(optional) 

Method 
mix all the ingredients expet bread crumbs, maida and egg
mix well and give a kabab shape then rolls in the egg then in maida and then roll well in bread crumbs abd deep fry it in a hot oil
if u dont want to use a egg then mix maida in a water then roll dip in maida then in bread crumbs and serve with any chutney
