Green Chilli Pickle 

Preparation Time : 15 minute
Cooking Time : 10 minute
Serves / Makes : 1 medium horlicks bottle 

Ingredients 
green chillies(fresh)-250gms
hing - small pinch
salt-1 teaspoon
vinegar- 1/2 cup
fenugreek seeds(methi) - 1/2 teaspoon
mithi saunf - 1/2 spoon
mustard oil - 1 big spoon



Method 
First clean the chillies and seperate the stem and cut(-)from the centre if in and put them aside.(Do not use iron one)in a pen heat the oil and put hing,saunf,fenugreek seeds and after that chillies and salt mix them nicdely.now put vinegar also.mix them nicely cover it and cook it on low a flame.after five minute put aside the cover nad cook it on high flame.after five minute switched of the gas.when it turns cold then then you keep in a glass jar.
